Sound the alarm: A new restaurant is planned for the east side of Atlanta.

The concept called Code Red Bar & Grill is proposed for 1511 Memorial Drive SE, according to a liquor license application with the City of Atlanta.

Operating hours for the restaurant would be 1 p.m. to midnight. The 1,606-square-foot business will have a full-service kitchen and seating for 77 patrons. Approximately 70 percent of revenue is expected to come from food, with the remaining 30 percent expected to come from alcohol, according to the liquor license application. The site would include plenty of parking spaces.

The restaurant is proposed for a site northeast of East Atlanta Village and just east of Walker Park.

Code Red Bar & Grill LLC was created in February 2024, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.
