Owned and operated by Rick Strom, a former Georgia Tech quarterback and Pittsburgh Steelers alum, MilkShake Factory is known for its fresh, creamy handspun milkshakes and small-batch premium chocolates.

Chef Fuyuhiko Ito has launched two new concepts at Ten Twenty Spring in Midtown. ISHIN by Ito and Celestia opened on October 14. Located on the 8th floor, the venues pair Japanese-inspired dining with sweeping views of the Midtown skyline.
Celestia, a rooftop bar and lounge, features indoor and outdoor seating that overlooks the city. Mirae

Named after the Korean word for ‘future,’ Mirae combines traditional comfort dishes with contemporary global influences. The eatery is owned by husband-wife duo John and Grace Lee, who are known for their other Atlanta eateries.

Miami’s Michelin-recommended Ghee Indian Kitchen opened its first location outside Florida on October 23. Launched by owner-chef Niven Patel and restaurateur Mo Alkassar, the eatery expands the prominent South Florida brand.
Guests can enjoy Ghee’s signature dishes, including dosas, green papaya salad, chicken tandoori, and lamb neck curry. The menu also offers sticky date cake with ginger ice cream. The restaurant crafts each dish with ingredients sourced from local Georgia farms.
Lo Kee
