New dining options are planned for a 1.7-million-square-foot mixed-use campus in north Atlanta.
An eatery serving breakfast and lunch, as well as a pizza food truck, are coming to Perimeter Summit, according to a recent announcement.
STHRN Hospitality Co. is the team behind the new food-and-beverage options at the campus. The Atlanta-based company develops and operates food-and-beverage concepts for building owners, including bars, full-service restaurants and food halls.
Little Gem will be located on the ground floor of Summit Two, offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options and grab-and-go food, with indoor and outdoor dining space. According to STHRN Hospitality Co., “Little Gem is a lunch-time destination to get a break from work and enjoy high-quality food at a reasonable price point, while feeling like you can continue to visit and enjoy a different flavor profile each time.” It is expected to open in early 2025.
Another food option heading to the site is a food truck called Pizza Stop, which will serve pizza slices, sandwiches and salads. Pizza Stop will have a direct connection to The Green, the property’s central greenspace. STHRN Hospitality Co. describes the concept as “family-friendly, community driven and focused on fun for adults.” It is expected to open in late 2024.
Little Gem and Pizza Stop will complement the existing Savi Market, which has expanded grab-and-go options and locally sourced offerings.
The campus also features a food-truck program with rotating cuisines; weekly pop-up chefs; Sip, a new coffee and cocktail cart; and an airstream trailer serving coffee, smoothies and small bites.
News of the upcoming dining offerings comes amid the announcement by JLL and Spear Street Capital of new office leasing activity at Perimeter Summit. New leases at the campus include FinQuery, an accounting software provider; Chicago Title Insurance Company, a national insurance provider; HealthLink Dimensions, a healthcare data provider; American Global, a large privately held insurance and surety brokerage firm relocating from the Cumberland Galleria submarket; and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a nonprofit that oversees the audits of public companies.
American International Group, Inc., a leading global insurance organization, will also open a new digital innovation hub at the center.
Perimeter Summit is an 83-acre mixed-use campus. The site recently underwent renovations, including refreshed lobbies, new pickleball courts and enhanced outdoor workspaces.
Earlier this year, High Street Residential announced it would develop the Residences at Perimeter Summit, a transit-oriented, 350-unit multifamily development on the property. Construction is expected to start this year and deliver fall 2026.
The campus is also home to a Hyatt Regency hotel.
