Sash Eatery and Tap House plans to open on Howell Mill Road.
Sash Eatery and Tap House will open at 1950 Howell Mill Road at the Berkshire Howell Mill development, according to plans filed with the City of Atlanta Wednesday.
Berkshire Group purchased the apartment community from Crescent Communities in May 2015 and plans to develop an eight-acre mixed-use development at the location, according to its website.
Berkshire Howell Mill has 256 apartments and will be the only residential component of the community, with 5,964 square feet of space readied for Sash.
Alterations to the space ahead of the opening will cost an estimated $600,000.
