The owner of C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar is working on a new concept.
Clark’s Steakhouse is expected to open in Buckhead in summer 2025, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution reports. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant will be located on the ground floor of 2827 Peachtree, a six-story office building in the Garden Hills neighborhood.
The concept comes from Rich Clark, the owner of C&S Seafood Oyster Bar, a seafood restaurant with locations in Brookhaven, Vinings and Sandy Springs. Clark is also the former owner of Hugo’s Oyster Bar in Roswell.
The executive chef at C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in Brookhaven, Zan Malik, will oversee the menu, which is expected to include steak dishes (including steak cooked on live-fire grills), crab cakes, salads, soups and more. The beverage program will feature wine and signature cocktails, highlighting seasonal ingredients.
The space is expected to feature a private dining room called The Policy Room, designed to accommodate up to 15 guests.
Clark’s Steakhouse will join adjacent dining options La Fonda Latina and Fellini’s Pizza.
