A new Thai restaurant and bar is coming to Roswell.

Tipsy Thaiger is planned for 605 Atlanta Street. The concept inspired by family recipes and Thai culture aims to bring an all-day Thai eatery to Roswell. The target opening date is spring 2025.

The restaurant plans to offer a lunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring quick dishes you would find through the streets of Thailand, as well as coffee and tea. A dinner menu would be served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring drinks and small bites “combining vibrant flavors and textures.”

The beverage program will feature Thai-inspired house-made cordials, creative infusions, local beers and a curated wine list, according to information provided to What Now Atlanta by the Tipsy Thaiger owners.

Tipsy Thaiger will be part of Roswell Square in a structure originally built in 1854. The interior will have a mid-century design while preserving elements of the historic building, blending old with new. Rich shades of brown, green, orange and cream are among the color inspiration for the space. The team will also pay homage to their families and childhood memories with photos of family and friends throughout the space.

The team bringing Tipsy Thaiger to Roswell includes founder and product director Birdie Niyomkun, system director and co-owner Phudith Pattharakositkul, and people director and co-owner Candi Lee. According to a LinkedIn page, Niyomkun was formerly a manager at 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar.

Prior to opening, Tipsy Thaiger has been doing pop-ups at breweries around Roswell. Follow on Instagram @tipsythaiger for updates.
