Decatur restaurant leases space at The Brookwood
Watershed restaurant is relocating to Buckhead as originally noted in several unconfirmed reports.
Those reports claimed the Decatur restaurant of 13 years would specifically relocate to The Brookwood.
Today, What Now Atlanta received official confirmation from an ST Residential (developer of The Brookwood) spokeswoman that Watershed recently signed a lease for space at the Buckhead development.
“We’re thrilled that this critically-acclaimed Atlanta restaurant is partnering with one of city’s best selling condominium buildings to serve the South Buckhead neighborhood,” John Huckaby, senior vice president at ST Residential, said. “It’s a win/win partnership.”
Watershed has yet to announce its intention to relocate its Decatur restaurant to The Brookwood and there’s been no mention of when it will open there.
