Jay Swift’s second concept Noble Fin arriving summer 2015.
Jay Swift, the restauranteur behind 4th & Swift in Old Fourth Ward, has plans to open a second restaurant concept outside the perimeter in Peachtree Corners.
Called Noble Fin, Swift’s new “contemporary American and Mediterranean” restaurant will serve up seafood, steaks, hand-cut pastas, and local vegetables starting summer 2015, according to Noble’s website.
The restaurant, at 5260 Peachtree Parkway, will open in space formerly occupied by Dreamland.
