Paolo’s Gelato can be yours for $110,000.
The Virginia-Highland mainstay since 1999 Wednesday was put on the market.
Owner Paolo Dalla Zorza has retained Driss Senhaji of Atlanta Business Brokers to list and sell Paolo’s Gelato, Senhaji confirmed in an email to What Now Atlanta.
Zorza is selling the Virginia-Highland Paolo’s to focus on Paolo Gelato Gourmet in Charleston, South Carolina, according to Senhaji.
“Paolo Gelato Gourmet offers a lot more than just gelato in addition to wholesale gelato supplies from his other company in SC.”
The part-time gelateria in 2017 grossed $251,801 in annual sales but a “buyer with passion and energy can easily grow this business.”
Rent for the 700 square foot space is $4,000 per month.

Is owner financing a possibility? I have no capital, but have managed successful restaurants most of my life. This is my dream, but I require help in purchase of a business.
Unfortunately, no owner financing is available for this opportunity. Please contact us via email to explore some options. Regards
Please contact me John Hull about this opportunity. Thanks.
Hi I’m doing a school project on Paolo’s and was wondering why Charleston is a more appealing location than Atlanta?
That’s not bad for part-time work! But it’s amazing for such a little space to be charging $4,000/mo! This revenue looks good, but I wonder what’s the profit…
You still have to pay for insurance, workers, utilities, and product…
