Cafe and bakery franchise Paris Baguette has a new spot heading to Midtown. It will open in a 2,144-square-foot space at 1100 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 110, according to a recent permit filing.

This location will mark the third in Atlanta for the brand, joining existing spots at Ashford Lane and 4687 South Atlanta Road SE. The Midtown location is listed as “coming soon” on the website, though an exact opening timeline remains unknown. The permit indicates that renovations are still underway.

Paris Baguette, known for its cakes, pastries, sandwiches and breads, has been around since 1988, when the chain began in South Korea. There are more than 4,000 locations for the brand worldwide, with nine open locations in Georgia.
