Pho 24 over the weekend will open in Sandy Springs.

The Vietnamese restaurant’s first day in business will be Sunday, November 4.

It replaces Rize Artisan Pizza, at 6050 Roswell Road NE, in the Square One apartment building.

During the grand opening, the entire menu will be 30 percent off, Wilson Doan, Pho 24’s owner, in an email Wednesday told What Now Atlanta.

Pho 24 was originally supposed to open in Sandy Springs on September 25.

The “building inspection and Fire Marshall” delayed the opening, Doan said.

Another location is planned for Atlantic Station and is “coming soon” joining outposts in Chamblee, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Buford, and downtown Atlanta.
