Amsterdam-based Poké Perfect is expanding to the United States with a three-location deal in the Atlanta-area under the direction of Hunter Satterwhite, a former Playboy Mansion chef de partie.

The first stateside Poké Perfect should open the “beginning of April” in Decatur replacing the now-shuttered The Yogurt Tap, at 419 Church Street, Satterwhite in an email told What Now Atlanta Monday.

“Banners are up in the windows in Decatur and we are just waiting on a couple more permits to go full speed with construction.”

A lease for the second Poké Perfect should be executed this week and a Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed with a first draft lease for the third location, Satterwhite said.

With details still being finalized, Satterwhite can confirm the second location would be in the “West Midtown area” and a third Poké Perfect would be in the “Inman Park area.”

Poké Perfect serves Hawaiian-style bowls (sushi in a bowl) and “sushirritos,” sushi burritos.
