A new pizzeria concept POP Eatery is trying its hand at personalized pizzas.

POP has plans to open its first location downtown near Woodruff Park at 56 Peachtree Street.

Muses Partners LLC, the property owner, Friday submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta to install the pizzeria’s storefront.

The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. and will be “dine-in only”, according to POP’s website.

“Everything is made fresh and personalized right in front of you as soon as you order it,” the restaurant’s website states.

“We have values and a vision for creating premium products in a socially responsible way.”

  • Hmmmm. One page website that leads with telling potential customers everything they DON’T do (takeout, delivery, call ahead, reservations). No description of the food, the format. Nothing.

But they do include the obligatory “socially responsible” language. Whatever the hell that means.
