The restaurant’s new Smyrna outpost will offer a deli component not seen in its original location.

Thomas Doty, president and owner of Real Subs Cafe, today secured a lease to open Real Subs Cafe & Deli in The Shops at Belmont development in Smyrna.

The 2,200-square-foot concept will be the “big box” version of its upscale concept store Real Subs Cafe in the Olde Ivy Village shopping center.

“At our new location, we will be offering fresh-sliced organic bulk meats and cheeses and an assortment of all-natural deli salads over-the-counter,” Doty said.

“You can’t find this level of quality even in the highest-end grocery store delis.”

The new concept will add over-the-counter deli services and deli sandwiches (hence the addition of “deli” in the name.)

“Real Subs Cafe & Deli is a game-changer for our community to have access to the absolute best quality organic meats and cheeses available in the country, right here in Smyrna.”

The restaurant will anchor Phase 2 of the Belmont development project with a planned early 2018 debut.

Real Subs joins restaurants like Creatwood Tavern and Cielo Blue Mexican Grill & Cantina in The Shops at Belmont.
