Reformation Brewery has a new location in the works. The brewery will open a two-building site at 2861 Main St. in Kennesaw, according to its website. It is expected to open in 2027.
The site will feature a 6,886-square-foot taproom as well as a 1,300-square-foot distilling facility. The forthcoming location will support Reformation’s growing spirits program.
“Downtown Kennesaw is undergoing a thoughtful transformation that is attractive to a small business like Reformation. We can’t wait to take flight with this community,” Spencer Nix, co-founder and CEO of Reformation Brewery, said in the announcement on the website. “We’re proud to be part of this reformation, offering a third space where neighbors can gather, connect and celebrate life’s moments.”
The taproom will offer two bar areas and a second-floor wraparound patio. There will be 24 taps featuring rotating offerings of craft beer, ready-to-drink cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks and handcrafted cocktails. Reformation will also have a to-be-announced food partnership at the Kennesaw location.
An expansive outdoor area will offer a bar and an open-air gathering space for events.
Reformation Brewery is looking to provide a gathering space for the community. This location will mark the fourth location for the brand that was founded in 2013. Other locations include Woodstock, Canton and Smyrna.
“Kennesaw’s revitalized downtown is more than a place, it’s a reflection of our community’s spirit,” Derek Easterling, mayor of Kennesaw, said in the announcement. “We’ve worked hard to create a space where people can connect, celebrate and experience the best of what our city has to offer. Reformation Brewery’s presence will only enhance that vision.”
