“Don’t play with your food!” “Turn down that racket!” These are just two of the parental grievances blatantly eschewed by the raucous misfits behind Rock N’ Roll Sushi, the “original American-style sushi restaurant” that prides itself on being “big, bold, and loud.”

Now, Rock N’ Roll Sushi will be taking the stage at Alpharetta’s 5530 Windward Parkway — in the storefront formerly occupied by Saigon Café — this October, marking the company’s tenth location throughout Georgia. Other recent openings across the state include Macon and Duluth which opened in June and August respectively, as well as another that will soon be launching in Rome.

Founded just 12 years ago in Mobile, Alabama by husband-and-wife Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark, Rock N’ Roll Sushi quickly expanded to encompass some 55 locations throughout the Southeast as of July. Likewise, the company recently inked a deal to open another 25 further West — in Colorado, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

“Since day one, the most rewarding part of our work has been seeing guests fall in love with our amplified dining experience and become fans who return again and again,” reads Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s official website. “We’re the only place to experience the rock you love and the rolls you love with the ones you love.”

Sam Zelony represented the tenant, Franchise Jayson Burr, and Skyline Seven represented the landlord, American Star Development. Burr on Thursday did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
