The “Angry Chef” is bringing his take on the all-American diner to Atlantic Station.

Diner, Chef Ron Eyester’s newest concept, is opening its doors March 5 at 11 a.m. in Atlantic Station, the restaurant in a press release announced Thursday.

“The American diner is one of the most timeless dining traditions, and Chef Eyester has brought that beauty, along with his own twists, to Atlantic Station,” a company spokesperson said in the release.

For the first seven to ten days, Diner will operate with a limited menu starting with lunch service and progressively expanding its hours and menu selections.

Today’s opening day menu will feature dishes such as Crab Stuffed Shrimp, Sorghum Roasted Salmon, Fried Pork Chops, House-made Tuna Melt, Brisket & Short-rib Burger, along with ice cream, cakes, pies and more.

Diner, at 264 19th Street in Midtown, will be open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the “soft opening” period.
