Ponce City Market’s Saint-Germain French Bakery Cafe is opening a new location in Buckhead Village. The bakery, which is named after the Parisian neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Pres, will offer the same pastries and treats that the original spot has been serving up since 2016.

The space has both indoor and outdoor cafe seating, with an outdoor patio, marble-top tables, and of course, Parisian flare. Expect classic French pastries, macarons, croissants, chocolates, sandwiches, quiches, boards, and custom cakes, along with a selection of organic French wine and champagne from women-owned vineyards.

“Saint Germain French Bakery & Café will be a true homage to the ‘joie de vivre’ of French café culture,” founder and co-owner Mathieu Jourdan Gassin said in a press release. “We’re excited to provide guests with a true neighborhood bakery and café to serve a little slice of France at any moment of the day.”

Saint-Germain French Bakery and Cafe is expected to open later this summer, so head to Buckhead Village in a few months to sniff out some of those delicious, buttery croissants.
