UPDATE (July 19, 2019): Princi Italia Is Closing In Midtown

The large empty corner restaurant space in Midtown’s 77 12th Street apartments at the 12th & Midtown development won’t sit dark much longer.

Princi Italia is moving forward with plans to open in the space previously announced to be a Taco Diner (the Mexico City-style taqueria was already knee-deep in the permitting process.)

Selig Enterprises Inc.,  the project’s developer, Friday submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta for the Dallas-based Italian restaurant’s buildout.

An estimated $550,000 will be spent readying the commercial space at the residential high rise for the new restaurant, according to the application.
