Board-certified nurse practitioner Natalie Fenner saw a need in the Atlanta market for an aesthetic practice that emphasized an educational approach alongside clinical quality and an elevated experience for customers. From this dream, Fenner’s modern medical spa, Skin Social, was born.

Located in Sandy Springs at 5840 Roswell Road, Suite 900, Skin Social offers injectables, advanced skincare and personalized treatment planning.

“As a board-certified nurse practitioner, I’ve always believed that great outcomes come from intentionality — customizing treatments instead of pushing trends, educating clients instead of overwhelming them and creating a space where people feel comfortable, understood and taken care of,” Fenner told What Now Atlanta. “Skin Social was built around those values.”

Fenner aims to promote a client-focused approach at Skin Social. Each appointment features elements of Skin Social’s core values, including education, skincare guidance and development of a long-term plan, rather than just providing a single service.

“We emphasize a team-focused brand, not a provider-centric one,” Fenner said. “This allows us to scale, maintain consistency, and deliver an exceptional experience regardless of who the client sees. Clients feel that difference immediately.”

When building the brand, Fenner has had to fill many roles in the business as the founder, ranging from building the brand to running operations and training a team. However, building a team culture and delegating responsibilities over time has been key to her growth, allowing her to scale Skin Social.

Thus far, Skin Social has grown rapidly. In under two years, they have expanded their team and service offerings, built a loyal customer base in the Sandy Springs area and continued to grow in revenue. Fenner views their 500+ Google Reviews, many of which are 5-star reviews, as a major accomplishment, displaying their commitment to a client-focused experience.

“Every milestone has been meaningful, but the most rewarding part is seeing clients leave feeling more confident,” Fenner said.

For Fenner, Skin Social serves her own local community. As a resident of Sandy Springs herself, she appreciates the opportunity to contribute to the growing community and to the promotion of wellness and self-care in her community.

“I saw a need for a high-end, patient-focused medical spa in this area,” Fenner said. “Many clients were traveling to Buckhead or Midtown for aesthetic services, so bringing that level of care closer to them just made sense. The location has been one of our best decisions — our clients are loyal, engaged and truly connected to what we’re building.”

Services offered at Skin Social include skin treatments such as microneedling, body treatments, anti-aging skincare treatments, injectables and more general wellness offerings such as IV therapy.

As Fenner moves forward and continues to grow the brand, she is looking to continue to grow her team, expand Skin Social’s service offerings with evidence-based treatments, continue to add to their membership program and build on the education that she has already implemented. Fenner is also exploring the possibility of expanding to new locations.

“Skin Social is built on gratitude — we truly wouldn’t be here without our clients and our team. Everything we do is rooted in care, education and quality,” Fenner said. “My goal is for every client to walk in feeling welcome and walk out feeling empowered, informed, and confident. And we’re so excited for what’s ahead.”
