Slutty Vegan, a food truck serving 100 percent plant-based burgers, is going brick-and-mortar.

Owner Pinky Cole in early 2019 will open the restaurant’s first storefront.

It will be situated in the Westview neighborhood of Atlanta, at 1542 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution Thursday first reported.

Posts to various Slutty Vegan social media sites confirm the news.

“Let the countdown begin,” according to a post on the food truck’s Instagram earlier this week.

An opening date is set for January 13, 2019.

On the menu are burgers like the One Night Stand (plant-based patty, vegan bacon, American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce on a Hawaiian bun) and the Heaux Boy (vegan shrimp tossed in a New Orleans-style batter, served on a Hawaiian bun with pickles, lettuce and drizzled with secret sauce.)

Cole did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
