Visitors to The Avenue West Cobb will soon have a new way to beat the heat.

BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar is opening soon at the Marietta shopping center. It will be located in a 1,200-square-foot space between Otter’s Chicken and Lens Crafters.

BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar currently has one location in Hiram at 4215 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway. The menu includes smoothies, juices, protein shakes and more, each crafted with a variety of fruits, vegetables and superfoods. Jamie Bowman founded the brand in 2018.

The new location comes from Frank Green, who discovered BLENDED when working out near the Hiram location. He and his family have always prioritized health, and he loved the natural taste of the menu items at BLENDED.

Other companies out there, the shakes have a lot of sugar and unnatural ingredients,” he told What Now Atlanta.

Now, Green has plans to open a total of five locations throughout metro Atlanta.

He recommends the Nutty Professor protein shake, which consists of peanut butter, banana, agave, oat milk, and vanilla or chocolate protein powder. (Green likes to add blueberries too.)

The smoothie shop is one of three tenants coming soon to The Avenue West Cobb. The fitness studio BODYBAR Pilates and the men’s salon Hammer & Nails are also expected to debut there this summer.

“With summer growing closer by the day, we’re excited to welcome three new retailers adding to the many shopping, dining and entertainment offerings guests can experience at The Avenue West Cobb,” John Liu, general manager at The Avenue West Cobb, said in a statement. “Whether they’re grabbing a healthy beverage on the go, stopping by for a pilates class or getting a fresh new look for summer, each tenant offers something different to our local community. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that these new tenants will have on the overall visitor experience for our guests.”
