Restaurant to serve ‘American classics and traditional comfort foods.’
The newest member of the Avondale Estates neighborhood is gearing up to open its doors.
The Bishop, at 124 North Avondale Road, is opening for business Tuesday, May 13.
“Tomorrow is the big day,” the restaurant posted to its Facebook page Monday. “The Bishop will officially be open for dinner beginning at 4 p.m.”
The restaurant hosted a “friends and family” event Saturday to work out its kinks before opening this week.

Huge fan of this for the area. Such a unique corner in all of Atlanta metro. This, Pallookaville, and the breweries make this quite a surprise for the uninitiated to visit.
