Atlantans will soon be able to enjoy “pancakes as you like them” when a new location of The Original Pancake House opens in Buckhead later this year.

The breakfast chain is set to replace the now-shuttered Brio Tuscan Grille, at 2964 Peachtree Road, a staffer for The Original Pancake House confirmed in a telephone call with What Now Atlanta Friday.

An opening is likely in the spring, possibly as early as March 1, they said.

Workers this week were spotted giving the former Brio space—which closed in 2017—a fresh coat of navy blue paint.

In addition to its pancakes, the restaurant serves cereal, waffles, crepes, omelets, and a trove of other breakfast favorites.

Multi-unit franchisee TOP H Enterprises, LLC, led by Taylor McEver and Brad Forsling, are opening the new restaurant.

McEver and Forsling, when reached by What Now Atlanta Friday, did not immediately provide comment.

It will be the fifth Georgia outpost of The Original Pancake House, joining locations in Alpharetta, in Atlanta on Cheshire Bridge Road, Savannah, and Stone Mountian.
