The Westin Buckhead Hotel restaurant is getting a $500K facelift.

The Palm Restaurant, an American steakhouse since 1926, has plans to upgrade its location in The Westin Buckhead Hotel.

A building permit application was filed with City of Atlanta Tuesday for interior alterations to the restaurant’s dining area and bar.

Lance Jaglarski, general manager at The Palm, confirmed the renovations in a telephone conversation with What Now Atlanta (WNA) this week. A statement about the project is expected to be released “soon.”

An estimated $465,500 will be spent overhauling the 4,749-square-foot restaurant, at 3391 Peachtree Street.

The Westin in August completed a renovation of its guest rooms, a “fully upgraded” lobby, and over 30,000-square-feet of meeting space.
