UPDATE (July 9, 2019): Randy Mercer, a 40-Year Restaurant Veteran—Focus Brands, Hardee’s— Acquires Red Snapper
The Red Snapper Restaurant, which has had the same owners since it first opened in 1986, is up for sale.
The 32-year-old seafood restaurant, at 2100 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE near the recently-opened Club DiOGi, is listed at $299,000 with “generous owner financing available,” according to the listing.
Atlanta restaurant real estate broker The Shumacher Group is representing the sellers Jimmy and Somporn Veeranarong.
The 3,000-square-foot eatery has seating for 100 with eight additional bar seats and a banquet facility.
Monthly rent is $4,720 which “includes all extras.”
As of July, The Red Snapper Restaurant had $364,532 in sales “up nearly 30 percent from 2017.”
This has been for sale on/off for the last 1+ years. However, this price seems more reasonable than the last time I saw it listed. Hope whoever buys it keeps it going.
I am interested in purchasing the restaurant.
