UPDATE: It has since been announced that a similar concept, Taverna, will take over the space this October.
Thirteen Pies, which opened in October 2014 at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, closed for the last time Sunday night according to Buckhead view.
Although the Atlanta location is still listed on the company website, the Facebook page for the restaurant has been deleted.
The shuttering follows the January closing of adjacent eatery American Food and Beverage, another concept from Thirteen Pies’ Texas-based parent group, Raised Palate Restaurants. A spokesperson for the hospitality group said that it would increase focus on its Texas ventures after the closing.
The exit marks the second restaurant closing for The Shops Buckhead Atlanta in the past year and a half.

They did a great job physically at the Buckhead Atlanta project but need to fine tune the food and retail. On the food side they should look at Ponce Market & Krog Street. Not for the stall concept but rather the use of local restauranteurs.
