Applications for three different liquor licenses have been submitted for dining establishments in the upcoming Senior Assisted Living Facility, the Corso Atlanta at 3200 Howell Mill Road.

The applications were submitted on August 3 by Tim Gary, who also owns the facility under parent company Galerie Living (Village Park Alpharetta, Village Park Milton, and Village Park Peachtree Corners).

The three establishments — which will only be available to the residents and their guests — are called The Overlook Bar and Lounge, Le Marché, and Galerie Restaurant. According to the applications for the liquor licenses, the restaurants will all come with patio dining.

The dining rooms range from casual to formal, and all keep a focus on bold flavors from a local market that keep the most important thing in mind: nutrition.

While no official word has been given on the opening date, the Corso itself is listed to be open by Fall 2021. According to the facility’s website, the Corso is “a new class of senior living. Here, the community and character of a local neighborhood meet the culture and convenience of a modern city center – with all the comforts and services essential to living a vibrant life.”
