Tiger K Cup Bob is joining Switchman Hall at Terminal South.
This will be the second location for the Korean street food restaurant owned by real estate developer and restaurateur Christian Lee; Tiger K Cup Bob can also be found at 3675 Satellite Blvd in Duluth.
The menu will include Pork Bulgogi Croquets with house-made panko-topped buns, a sweet and spicy Korean Fried Chicken Cup Bob, and more than a dozen types of hotteok (Korean pancakes coated in cinnamon and sugar), including a chocolate, banana and peanut butter one named The Elvis.
Terminal South will be located in the Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta on Ridge Avenue, just a few steps from the Southside BeltLine.
Lee and his partners, Alex Parajuli and Made Yata, are bringing three other restaurant concepts to the food hall: Sabu K Ramen, The Cream and a hibachi and chicken concept that is yet to be named.
“We’ve been looking for an opportunity along the Atlanta BeltLine, and Terminal South couldn’t be a better fit,” Lee said in a press release. “The walkability and booming residential growth in the area were huge drawing points.”
Restaurants that have previously been announced for Terminal South include Life Bistro, Perfect Seasoning, The Original Hot Dog Company and Southern Grace.
Slated to open in 2024, Terminal South will be approximately 45,000 square feet of mixed-use space in two adapted warehouses, including a collection of restaurants making up the food hall. The Stafford Properties-led development will be the final stop on the city’s first Bus Rapid Transit line, linking Downtown Atlanta to neighborhoods like Peoplestown.
