Tilly’s Smokehouse has plans to open at 700 Bankhead Highway in Carrollton, according to the brand’s Facebook page and website. The spot is expected to serve slow-smoked barbecue with Southern hospitality flair.
The City Menus reports that the menu will feature classic barbecue offerings such as ribs, chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, and mac and cheese alongside some unique offerings like barbecue quesadillas and peach cobbler egg rolls.
Rhett and Payton Hayes are behind the forthcoming restaurant. Payton confirmed the plans in a brief phone call with What Now Atlanta.
As of now, an opening timeline remains unclear. The spot is currently hiring, according to its website.
