The owners of Toast on Lenox will be converting a Buckhead coffee shop into Toast Noir Cafe.

Garnet Gal’s Coffee Shop & Bakery, located at 2770 Lenox Road NE, has been sold to Toast on Lenox owners Tamara Young and Virgil Harper.

The space is 1,500 square feet and has room for both indoor and outdoor seating.

Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group facilitated the sale.

The cafe will be just a few doors down from Toast on Lenox, a brunch spot serving items like French toast, waffles and cocktails. The restaurant has been open at the Lenox Village space since 2021. There is also a Toast on Lenox in Midtown.

Garnet Gal’s Coffee Shop & Bakery, owned by Pat Azogu, opened at the shopping plaza in 2020.

Toast Noir Cafe will be an upscale cafe serving lattes, juices, small bites and desserts. What Now Atlanta has reached out to the owners to learn more about the concept.
