After more than four years in Marietta Square, Tuesday Coffee + Shoppe is growing. The craft coffee shop, located at 137 Church Street, announced this month that it is expanding next door, taking over the Lush Cakery space, which shuttered at the end of 2025.
The space will provide Tuesday Coffee with the room to add indoor seating as well as a food program and additional retail options. However, an Instagram announcement from the team emphasized that they will maintain a “quaint and cozy” atmosphere even with the addition.
“This has felt like the longest time coming,” the announcement states. “In reality we just turned four, but you all have knocked our expectations out of the park and we cannot wait to be able to provide you more and experience a little more space with you.”
An exact timeline for the expansion is still unclear.
Andrew and Morgan Beatton are behind the coffee shop. It serves “a proper cup of coffee,” according to its website, with a menu of espresso drinks as well as matcha, chai, cocoa and tea. It offers housemade syrups, as well.
What Now Atlanta reached out to ownership for additional details on the expansion. Stay tuned for updates.
