Midtown Atlanta just got another addition to its dining scene. Chef Fuyuhiko Ito has debuted two new concepts at Ten Twenty Spring. Celestia, a rooftop bar, and lounge and ISHIN by Ito, an omakase restaurant, are now open.
ISHIN by Ito and Celestia Debut at Ten Twenty Spring’s Rooftop in Midtown
ISHIN by Ito offers an intimate omakase dining experience with a 16-seat counter. Located on the eighth floor of Ten Twenty Spring, the restaurant lets guests enjoy Chef Ito’s interpretations of Japanese cuisine alongside views of the Midtown skyline.
Next to ISHIN, Celestia features both indoor and outdoor lounge spaces overlooking the city. True to its name, meaning a place between earth and heaven, Celestia offers sweeping city views. Ten Twenty Spring, developed in partnership by Portman and Perform Properties, is Atlanta’s newest modern office tower.
The building features expansive 32,000-square-foot floor plates and 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. “The openings of ISHIN and Celestia are important milestones in realizing our vision of creating a one-of-a-kind office and dining experience at Ten Twenty Spring,” said Travis Garland, Chief Development Officer for Portman.
“This momentum, paired with recent lease signings, is a strong testament to the long-term appeal of activated mixed-use districts. In the coming months, we will bring even more energy to the campus with the openings of Sozou and Habaneros and are eager for the community to experience Midtown’s newest dining destination.”
Chef Fuyuhiko Ito’s Signature Mastery
Chef Fuyuhiko Ito brings his refined approach to flavor and presentation through ISHIN by Ito and Celestia. At ISHIN, the menu highlights seasonal specialties such as crudo, nigiri, and yakizakana. The food is paired with a beverage list featuring premium sake, wine, and Japanese beer.
The drink list features creative cocktails like Shizuku, made with sake ono, pear liqueur, and vermouth, and Twilight Burn, crafted with hojicha-infused bourbon. At Celestia, guests can enjoy a dining experience that blends international influences with sophisticated flair.
Celestia’s menu includes escargot, oysters, lobster, caviar, and wagyu ravioli, complemented by a full dessert selection. The drink menu includes signature cocktails, wine, and sake. “ISHIN and Celestia represent a culinary journey of the places I’ve been, the flavors I’ve tasted and the unique moments that were found along the way,” said Chef Ito.
“Each dish and drink is thoughtfully designed to be an experience that takes you somewhere new. We look forward to inviting Atlanta to take a bite and a sip with us and discover this new dining experience for Atlanta, which will soon be followed by the opening of our flagship restaurant, Sozou,” Ito added.
Access and Reservations: A Premium Experience
Celestia will be open from Monday to Saturday, starting from 5 PM to midnight, while ISHIN operates Tuesday through Saturday with two omakase seating beginning at 5:30 PM.
Guests can reach the eighth-floor rooftop via a private elevator. Both restaurants are reservation or invitation experiences only.
The reservations are available on OpenTable. The openings mark a new addition to Atlanta’s evolving dining landscape, offering guests refined cuisine and skyline views.
