A new vegan eatery is heading to Stone Mountain.

Roots Kajun Kitchen is coming soon to 4821 Rockbridge Road SW.

The concept from Queena Gant was formerly located in Atlanta’s West End. The menu includes southern-inspired cuisine with Cajun flavors, like boudin balls, egg rolls, and vegan fried chicken.

“We believe good health is most precious of all possessions,” according to the restaurant website. “That is why we are committed to providing a healthier plant based lifestyle with options that won’t compromise on taste.”

The restaurant will be opening at the Rockbridge Crossing shopping center, next to Hong Kong City Chinese Restaurant. The space was formerly occupied by One Love Nutrition.
