Plans filed for space on Satellite Boulevard.
An official building permit for a new Waffle House was submitted this week in Duluth.
The Atlanta-based national restaurant chain since 1955 is negotiating approximately 1,500 square feet at 1960 Satellite Boulevard.
The new location will cost more than $216,000 to construct, and be the sixth location in Duluth.
Waffle House has over 250 locations in metro Atlanta.
