Opened in 1996, the Dunwoody brewpub was an adored American staple at 1224 Hammond Dr, Dunwoody, GA 30346. However, Iron Hill Brewery shared via social media that it had closed all locations in the U.S., including the Dunwoody outpost.
Iron Hill Brewery thanked food lovers for their years of love, support, and friendship in the post. But the Dunwoody facility did not state a definite reason behind the exit.
The menu highlights at Iron Hill Brewery included Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Voodoo Chicken Pizza. Metro Atlanta diners also lined up at the facility for its many wines and cocktails.
Beyond Dunwoody, the brewery has also closed locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and South Carolina.
While the company has not shared future plans, its post hinted at a possible return. “We sincerely hope to return in the future, and when we do, we promise to welcome you with open arms,” the farewell post read.

The closure ends nearly three decades of operations for the Dunwoody brewpub and the wider chain. As of now, the brewpub chain’s plans are not clear. But its legacy of delicious American eats, craft brews, and community spirit promises to live on.
