Former Playboy Mansion chef de partie Hunter Satterwhite is wasting no time converting shuttered yogurt shops into locations of Poké Perfect, a concept that serves Hawaiian-style bowls (sushi in a bowl) and “sushirritos,” sushi burritos.

Late January, What Now Atlanta (WNA) reported that Poké Perfect would open its first Atlanta-area store in space previously occupied by The Yogurt Tap, with at least two other locations in the works.

WNA Thursday learned Satterwhite has secured a deal to open a second Poké Perfect in the now-shuttered Yoforia space in Westside Provisions District at 1100 Howell Mill Road. The Yoforia space has sat vacant since closing its doors late-2015.

“The first Poké Perfect, Decatur, we should have opened at the beginning of April sometime,” Satterwhite in an email told WNA.

“The second one, Westside provisions, we hope to have opened in the summer.”

Poké Perfect could also open a third location in Inman Park later this year, according to Satterwhite, which would be a new build from the ground up.

Depending on the new construction, Poké Perfect could open as early as the end of 2017, early 2018.
