Vietnamese restaurant arriving nearly a year late.
Guy Wong and Mike Blum’s long-awaited Vietnamese restaurant Le Fat will soon become a reality in West Midtown.
The restaurant taking space formerly occupied by quick-service dim sum concept Yum Bunz, at 935 Marietta Street NW, announced Tuesday in a Craigslist advertisement seeking to fill positions, Le Fat will open in February.
“We are opening in February in the heart of West Midtown and are looking for dynamic, service-oriented individuals to join our team,” according to the post.
“This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company!”
Le Fat is hosting a job fair Wednesday, January 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the restaurant. The Vietnamese joint is now hiring servers, hosts and bartenders.
Le Fat will serve up traditional vietnamese fare like pho, banh mi, and more.
