The furniture company is coming soon to the 309 East Paces office mid-rise.

Denmark-based BoConcept is launching in the Georgia market with an Atlanta store.

The furniture company franchise will be situated in Buckhead’s newly renovated 309 East Paces development. The boutique office mid-rise, at 309 East Paces Ferry Road, was formerly the headquarters for Aaron’s Inc.

Ray Priddle is the franchisee bringing BoConcept to the market, according to a company spokesperson.

“This new brand will bring stylish and modern design to the ever-growing millennial population in Atlanta,” the spokesperson in an email Monday told What Now Atlanta.

“The company as a whole is undergoing a large U.S. expansion and is excited to be launching in Atlanta.”

BoConcept has more than 250 stores in 60 countries worldwide. The brand offers “customized, coordinated and affordable design furniture and accessories,” according to the company’s website.

309 East Paces has 13,294 square feet of ground-level retail space, according to the project’s latest marketing materials.

Additional tenants have not been confirmed.
