Cigar and accessories retailer files plans for store in mixed-use development.

Davidoff of Geneva will open its first Atlanta “flagship” location in Buckhead this spring.

The cigar and accessories retailer submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Friday to buildout its forthcoming store in Buckhead Atlanta, the now-opened luxury mixed-use development bound by Peachtree, Pharr and East Paces Ferry Roads.

An estimated $552,954 will be spent on the cigar retailer’s buildout, the application notes.

The new Davidoff store will feature a walk-in humidor, a retail space, and a 1,000-square-foot cigar lounge, as well as a VIP member’s lounge and a conference room for “clients wishing to conduct meetings in a premium cigar environment,” according to a company spokesperson.
