Convenience Store Planned for Lakewood Heights

A new convenience store is planned for Lakewood Heights.

CJ’s Food Mart is proposed for 1788 Lakewood Avenue, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The store will have beverages and pre-packaged foods.

Construction documents show plans for several merchandise shelves in the 684-square-foot space. Coolers will also be added for the beverages.

The projected cost of construction on the space is $25,000, according to the building permit application.

Lakewood Heights is located in south Atlanta. The site for the proposed CJ’s Food Mart is located east of Lakewood Amphitheatre.
