Rapidly growing Colorado-based yoga studio is adding a Midtown outpost to its Atlanta roster.
CorePower Yoga, the Colorado-based chain of yoga studios with locations in Buckhead, Druid Hills, and Old Fourth Ward, this week filed plans for the company’s fourth Atlanta location.
The outpost will be located in suite J of the Spire Midtown building. Interior alterations for the new yoga studio include new walls, ceilings, finishes and MEP, according to the application. An estimated $225,000 will be spent renovating the 5,344 square foot space.
Memberships give guests access to any of Corepower’s 140 studios, a feature that surely comes in handy in cities like Atlanta where there are two or more locations.
