The Bilt-House, Kane, and Cooks & Soldiers, slated for West Midtown apartment building, Atlanta Business Chronicle (ABC) reports.

Elan Westside, an apartment building at the intersection of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road, secured three new tenants occupying a combined 11,000 square feet, the Atlanta Business Chronicle (ABC) first reported.

Two boutiques, The Bilt-House and Kane, and and one restaurant — Cooks & Soldiers, will all open at the project in the fall. The apartment building has space for two more tenants, according to the report.
