Fifth Third Bank Planned for Gainesville

A new bank location is in the works in Gainesville.

Fifth Third Bank is planned for 2133 Limestone Parkway, according to construction documents. The bank would be about 1,900 square feet, according to the plans.

The bank would be part of Limestone Marketplace, a Publix-anchored shopping center owned by Branch Properties. Construction bids on the bank will be accepted until Jan. 24, 2025.

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Fifth Third Bank has more than 1,000 full-service locations across 11 states. There are currently 30 branches in Georgia, according to a site locator.

As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, Fifth Third Bank also appears to be working on a branch in Sugar Hill.

Gainesville is in Hall County. It’s located northeast of Atlanta.
