A personal training studio could be on its way to The Forum Peachtree Corners, according to a recent building permit application.

The owner of the concept planned for 4880 Peachtree Corners in suite 1133 is listed as Nick Garrity, CEO of Strive Brands LLC and a franchisee of Alloy Personal Training. The space is 1,524 square feet.

There are existing Alloy locations in Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Dunwoody. The company began in 1992 and started franchising in 2019. The studio offers customized workout programs for a range of fitness levels.

Garrity could not immediately be reached for more information.

The Forum has been undergoing redevelopment after being acquired by North American Properties (NAP) in March 2022. The 500,000-square-foot development in Peachtree Corners originally opened in 2002 and is home to several retail concepts, including Trader Joe’s, Barnes and Noble and Bath and Body Works. A Politan Row food hall is also in the works for The Forum, expected to open in summer 2024.
