Georgia Tech and Portman Holdings release new Midtown mixed-use project plans.

At a Development Authority of Fulton County presentation this week, Georgia Tech and Atlanta developer Portman Holdings LLC, sought economic development incentives for a $360 million project in Midtown’s Technology Square, the Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported (ABC).

The mixed-use project, pictured above and below, would boast 620,000 square feet of office, 100,000 square feet of data center space, and 46,000 square feet of retail, the ABC notes.
