Jet Food Stores Expanding With New Location

A convenience store chain is expanding with a new location in the works in south Georgia.

A new location of Jet Food Stores is set to be built at 255 Benjamin Hill Drive SW in Fitzgerald, according to construction documents. The documents show plans for several fuel pumps and outdoor seating. The store at the intersection of Benjamin Hill Drive and Perry House Road will be 6,968 square feet.

Jet Food Stores was established in 1973 and now has dozens of locations in central and south Georgia. The stores partner with a variety of fuel brands, including BP, Marathon, Chevron, Pure and Jet.

The stores sell coffee and other beverages, as well as fresh breakfast and lunch food.
