Lush and Lovesac are both planning Lenox Square Mall comebacks.

The cosmetics and furniture retailers respectively once had stores in the Buckhead Mall, at 3393 Peachtree Road NE, and will soon begin build-outs to be situated there again.

The companies Thursday posted plans online for the new Lenox Square Mall stores and on July 21 will accept bids for a general contractor to perform the “uplift” and “tenant improvements.”

Lush will occupy space 4024D, a 2,400-square-foot space formerly occupied by Bachrach, and Lovesac will occupy nearby space 4026A, according to the plans.

Lush has been absent from the mall since 2008 aside from its still-open small shop-in-shop retail footprint in Macy’s, and Lovesac earlier this year closed its Lenox location without announcing it would relocate elsewhere.
