A national low-price retailer is working on another store in Atlanta.

Burlington is planned for 3307 Buford Highway, according to construction documents. The store would be located at Northeast Plaza, a shopping center in Brookhaven operated by Brixmor.

According to the construction plans, the store would take the place of PCX Clothing and the children’s apparel store Happy Land. Interior plans indicate sections for women’s and men’s clothing and shoes, toys and books, clothing and shoes for babies and youth, and home goods. There would also be several fitting rooms and exterior signage with the store’s slogan: “Deals. Brands. WOW!”

The New Jersey-based brand has more than 1,000 stores nationwide. Formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, the company rebranded to amplify that they are more than just a destination for coats, with the stores offering other apparel, home goods and more items.
