Atlanta’s slate of coworking spaces continues to grow, with e|spaces announcing it is expanding to the Peach State.

The concept will provide more than 32,000 square feet of varied workspaces, according to an announcement. The company has leased a full floor of the office building at 1600 Parkwood Circle SE, northeast of Truist Park and Cumberland Mall. It is expected to open in spring 2025.

The Atlanta location of e|spaces is expected to offer a total of 75 offices, ranging from single to ten-desk configurations. The range will include eight single interior offices and six small interior offices for two people. There will also be 35 two-person window offices, seven three-desk window suites, and several larger suites.

Founded in 2010, e|spaces has several locations in Nashville, where it originated, as well as outposts in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Orlando.

Meeting rooms at the Atlanta office will start at $35 per hour, collaborative office space starts at $300 per month, and private office space starts at $500 per month. Amenities include wifi, 24/7 access, a café, notary services and networking events.

Coworking spaces have grown in popularity in recent years as more professionals have transitioned to working from home either full-time or part-time and entrepreneurs seek creative spaces to work. Switchyards, Roam, THRIVE Coworking and SUCCESS Space are among the coworking brands that have grown in metro Atlanta in recent months.
